Below is a list of tools I have reviewed for my "Resource of the Week" posts. For each resource, I tell what it is, why I love it, and who else is making use of it. A "tool" can be anything from an iPhone App to a blogging platform to a discussion group. It is anything that assists the customer psychologist in being helpful to others. All of the tools I write about are tools I vouch for, so you can be sure that they are worth giving a try.
